Powder coating is by far the toughest and most durable form of paint and has the benefit of being more environmentally friendly due to not containing solvents and the overspray of powders can be recycled.  Powder zinc primer is applied and part cured prior to the application of the top coats where all layers of powders then cross hatch during the full cure, bonding together into the substrate. Powders are applied to the substrate via an electrostatic charge ensuring your item has a perfectly even finish.. 

We have three different sized ovens so we can work in those very small items as well as large industrial plant and machinery.
